Yes it needs to be sealed, but honestly since the last person who managed that was SO6P, I don't see anybody right now who will be able to use such a powerful sealing method and no one who could take 10 tails inside him(that might sound a little wrong xd)
And no I don't think Sasuke would be able to make a successful jinjuriki, that's Naruto's thing,Sasuke has his dojutsu.

You lost me bro.. The SO6P split it into 9 parts so that will be Sasuke's power-up.. Me no understand..
Seriously, Sasuke and Naruto have been getting power-ups at the same time so for people to say that Naruto is getting powerups and Sasuke needs more to stay as equals with Naruto then they need to really think and dig deep.
Every time Naruto gets a power-up, Sasuke gets one too.. When Naruto learned SM, Sasuke got Itachi's eyes thus giving sasuke EMS and everything that comes with it.

What Sasuke would gain would be the rinnegan but then Naruto would have to gain something maybe his second element release.... but in the end I think the edo-Hokage's 1-4 will join the fight after the long talk.
