And I must say if that certain someone at the end of the episode doesn't come back then I'm done with this series. This character is the reason I watch the show to be honest and is the character that kept me glued to the series.
If it's really end game for him then I'll just look back many years later to see how the shit ended..
Great episode but I'm really upset and angered.
Maybe Millasandre will revive Jon? Please oh please ;_;

Don't worry, he's not dead or at least isn't going to stay dead.
in the books, i agree, but with that interview from dave and dan,( believe thats their names) it implies kit harrington is done for good, if jon snow does come back it most likely will be as a warg or another actor(reborn as Azor Ahai). not to mention that whole contract thing with his hair,

OP: im pissed to, the creators are getting kill happy, SS abandoned plot lines is getting full, i feel like surprise deaths are nice, but not when theyre over used, i hope they dont continue to sacrifice the storyline for viewers, i know its unprecedented but i wish they wouldve put the show off till winds of wnter came out so they couldve followed the story more closely.

I just googled that and it does seem as if he's not gonna be apart of next season.

Bummed!

I hope so, I mean it's set up perfectly Millasandre comes back to castle black the night he "dies" or this is probably the last episode I've seen of the series

Yeah I read the interview which is what has me on edge. I honestly still wouldn't watch it if he was reincarnated as a dire wolf or a different person. I want Jon Snow back, unless the reincarnated person is played by Kit Harrington as well ;_;

Exactly bruh, he's the show in my opinion.

I can understand that. The reason I never started GoT was because a lot of people told me that all of the characters that I would have liked or eventually liked get killed off sooner or later.
Heck, the season 2 finale & 3 premier of Defiance killed it for me. The Shtako's really hit the fan, so to speak.

MAJOR SPOILERS!!! (a list of reasons why season 3 killed it for me would likely do the same for others. If you want to take my word and avoid season 3 or see it for yourself, don't read--but if you want to know and save time or don't watch the show at all.... go on ahead)
1) Killing Tommy really sucked, 'cause I liked the guy. Got over it, but it really diminished a show that season 2 was already poisoning my interest in all throughout
2) Pottinger was a creep and although I REALLY wanted him to die most of the time, he was scripted to die yet everyone (cast, crew and several fans) liked him so much they cancelled it to bring him back.
And yet.... they say "he's gone" in season 3 and that's it.
3) Killing Raif McCawley. Once again, major spoiler, but he was one of the characters that I liked in the decreasing and now empty list. He was a great guy and the chemistry between him and Datak was often funny and constantly fluctuating. Then, as all writers do when they're out of ideas.... they kill characters off.
4) What REALLY PISSED ME OFF: Christie was killed. I mean, minutes if not SECONDS after Raif was shot she got her throat slit in order to protect the baby.... she just had. I mean, her and Alak (who I REALLY respected until he turned into the pervert the rest of the race was in season two--which he wasn't the case in 1) were starting a family. Sure it goes right back to bad writer using death to solve the lack of ideas, but saving the three of them from her crazy mom and brother could have given plenty of story and development. Want more than that? Families provide PLENTY in a good show? It's one of the most common elements!
5) To sum it up, all of the characters I liked and/or were decent people in a crowd of dics, perverts, sluts, murderers, manipulators and so on were either ruined or killed. Raif, Christie, Alak, Tommy, heck I even had a decreasing interest in Nolan throughout season 2 as his character seemed less.... dignifying, I guess. Other than his desperation for Carissa and the breif romance between him and the once again mayor, there wasn't as much to him in 2.
Basically, season 2 burned out a good bit of life and potential for the show but I gave it a second chance. Then season 3 killed it. If you haven't seen season 3 yet or the show in general, just don't. Let what positive memories you have from one and 2 keep you going.

It's like Syfy is trying to be a second rate HBO & they're using Defiance as their science fiction GoT or something. I've heard a LOT of GoT/Defiance fans say that.

Book readers! Was stannis really meant to do what he did to Shrin? Or is that another cheap shock factor attempt.
In the books she's still alive.

But man I was really bummed out after the last scene, even though I knew it was coming. We can only hope they'll bring him back though.

He better be brought back by Melisandre or become a White Walker General and **** the crows.
Yeah **** them crows.. Man still can't get over it ugh.
Like how can they kill him off! He's the main focal point of the wall and the fight with whitewalkers and a huge main character. He is arguably the shows most popular character as well. So mad lol fuuuuuuuuuu

An ambiguous answer coming from a TV show is almost the same as saying he's not dead. So if they want it to be a shock, they have to lie.

After ADWD was released, jon had the same death hype, after a while everyone came to the conclusion that jon certainly will be resurrected, killing of the character wouldn't benefit the story, it would leave far too many open questions.
Tho they did a great job recreating the hype for the upcoming book.

Jon will be back, there's no doubt about it. He is Jon Targaryen, he is ice and fire combined, he is Azor Ahai!
