I just finished the Bleach Anime. What chapter do I start on the Manga?

I know that the Anime comes to an end at the Fullbringer Arc, so continuing from the Manga, what chapter do I start at to read just after the Fullbringer Arc? Also, when is Bleach Anime coming back :kk:
