For those who have played Bayonetta 1, do you remember the final boss? Jubileus, she was a Goddess and was capable of switching dimensions at her will. Are they both based off the same thing? Because Kaguya isn't just only based off that Japanese folklore.

I didn't say they looked alike, I said they both have powers to switch dimensions at will and were considered Goddesses in their own respective verses.
