I just Feel Sorry for this Condition

OK this is just a whine thread though from a member in NB, no offense purposes.
I have mastered all the basic jutsu so this is nothing to do with my training.

I just feel sorry for the condition of training stuff here in NB, I mean how many sensei do you know which active everyday updating their training thread?
I can Say None…!!!

I feel so pitty to those new member who needs training whining up in Sensei’s VM’s but the sensei just Ignore it without any notification or just reply “sorry I’m full, could you ask me in another 2 week” but most of them (Sensei’s) just ignore it. I didn’t say that all the sensei are like that but mostly of them like that, do you agree with me ?

I once being a senpai under Perry/Blackleg, and I have so many students and I never let them down, you can ask them and see their progress now, I never let anyone down and if I feel swamped, I always reply to those who asking me for training with “sorry I’m full, could you ask me in another 2 week” or just “Sorry I’m full atm” I never ignore them coz they are ppl too, they have heart too.
I miss Tenzo/Akihiko sensei figure, she never let anyone down, she accept anyone training request without ignoring them every day, she once told me that currently she opened 50 tab of training thread which is she must update them one by one, and if she feel swamped, she always reply and says “sorry I’m full atm” she influences me so much till she went inactive, I Miss her figure so much.

And do you know how many thread in training section which says “I need training” I’ve been search those thread, and I found tens of them.
I’m sure they know the rule or maybe the manner how to get training but the sensei’s just kept ignore them so they made this wrong thread. I feel so sorry for them, that’s why I applied being a sensei and luckily Rag approved my application and if I passed the sensei’s test (Written and battle) the first thing I teach are to those above.

Hey…even though we are in internet at least appreciate ppl, they put more hope in you (the orange user name), we all know you have life in RL and kept you busy so if you feel the senseiship is a burden, just drop it off and let others has it, don’t let them (the newbie) got lost.

If you see the sensei draft below (which I know still active or semi active in here) you can rate by yourself how their teaching performance.
(No Offense just helping ppl knows we have so many sensei’s here in NB)

And how many of them accepted your training request. You can prove it yourself.

PS : Sorry if any sensei offended by this thread but the essences is just simple, “Please don’t Ignore them whom need, appreciate your senseiship or drop it” xd

Mod work is more then enough as it is. If I have extra time I'll train, but it ain't the case right now.

Also, I'm quite surprise that you don't know about the ups and downs of NB. You've been here for a year or so, I though you'd have noticed by now. Activity peeks during the summer, after which it slowly decrease for some months before picking up again. It's a cycle that repeated itself for years now. It's easily explained by RL priorities; school. Many of us need to attend school 5-8 hours a day and still need to study when we get back home. I can't and won't blame a sensei who's putting his priorities at the right place.

It's a bummer that we're lacking sensei these days but I can't think of someone in their right mind who would sacrifice their time and academic results to train members while not being remunerated.

This said, we still won't allow sensei who don't train anyone for period of 4-6 months (for example). My point being; you need to understand that for most members, NB comes second and even though we all enjoy spending time here, life goes on. We would have 2 or 3 senseis if we asked them to give us a certain number of hours per week, let's not forget this is voluntary work. Be happy for what they currently do.

And I see currently NB have develop new system of sensei’s and I hope this new system would bring back the teaching activity to revive again.

3. The Pervy Sage - accepts a lot of people and does a fair amount of training
4. Kirabi - I remember he used to accept all requests, not sure how active with training he is now
5. Scary Yamato - mod work, clearly states he isn't training much
6. Kagutsuchi - not very active
7. Crow - trains a lot of people
8. Izuna Uchiha - busy with modwork, clearly states he isn't training
9. Cructh Kaguya - not very active
