It took everyone else years. What are you basing this intelligence off of? they're both geniuses.

What are you basing jutsu off of? Do you know more than 5 of minato's jutsu? FTG, FTG2, death seal, S/T barrier, Rasengan. that's all we've seen. It's not a given, it can go both ways.

What are you basing strength off of? taijutsu ability? Jutsu ability? Didn't minato take out 50 guys in the blink of an eye? This can go either way too.

The only accurate thing there is speed.

In the end the fight could go either way. I doubt anyone here can make a definitive arguement why itachi/minato would win. And before you say itachi (I would at this point), remember, we know almost nothing about minato. The guy was hokage for a reason. He was FEARED by everyone for a reason.
