Sure there could be possible plot holes, if he's a real uchiha, but their is a way he could be survivor, he could've been away, when itachi and obito did the massacre, it's not like they were hunting uchiha down and trying to find them and kill them. If kishimoto explains it right, I hope he will be a real uchiha, I think that would be more interesting, plus Sasuke and Naruto are gonna meet go to orchimarus place anyway, so for oro fans , he's still gonna be in the story, so everybody wins.

Likely won't work, the very fact that he's blonde and is associated with Orochimaru immediately indicates he was a lab rat. It's not a heavy assumption that the Uchiha clan shares the similar traits of dark eyes (I'm speaking physically) and black hair, which the boy deviates from to an extreme.

The boy's age also indicates his artificiality. The Konoha 11 and their generation are all currently in their early thirties so the age of this clones makes sense as it fits the amount of time between the events of Part II and this spin off, roughly 12-14 years.

He'd still be older assuming his parents didn't have him late. Which is unlikely in Narutoverse
