Not so long ago he was killing people, He even had a bounty, and now all of sudden he's like the good guy and nobody even cares anymore. He shows up just like that and wants to take all the credit as if to compensate for his sins by killing the bad guys for the alliance. Trying to steal kills to become a hero? Maybe? First he tries to backstab obito with his katana and now madara.

I really hope madara gives him the biggest-аss-whopping-beat-up ever.

Though... Chances are sasuke ends up killing madara by accident or something really stupid and random.

As for allying with Akatsuki, Iwa did the same. They're considered good guys now. Why is it a problem with Sasuke, but not with them? He's helping out the Alliance, just like Gaara and Iwa, so there's nothing wrong with how he's being treated, you're just butthurt.

How is getting beaten up by Madara just punishment for his crimes against the Alliance?

Yes, Sasuke needs some sort of comeuppance. But you're assuming that because they choose not to fight Sasuke in addition to Obito, Madara and a tree and to accept Sasuke's help against those enemies, they'll continue doing the same thing though the conditions upon which they accepted Sasuke's help are completely different. What.
