Well, compared to a normal clone, i'd say it has advantages and disadvantages. Disadvantage is not being able to use normal techniques, though it can send high sound waves at the opponent, which are usually quite fast, intangible, invisible and destructive. I'm assuming these are B-rank in power, as the clone is as well. Also, I'm wondering if the damage on dispersion is actually able to be sent at the opponent if combined with another sound technique, and thus increasing its power?

Let's say I let the clone disperse and use Scream of Despair on that dispersing damage. Do they combine?

I start by focusing ototon chakra throughout my body. As I focus it, I make sure it covers my entire body, but make sure that the characteristics of it don't actually harm me. I then focus the chakra outwards, creating an (intangible?) clone beside me.

I would give the clone cover as he runs towards the opponent and let him disperse nearby. Else, I'd use the clone to protect me by letting him disperse infront of an attack to block the attack.

I let the clone send out a sound wave. The clone makes sure the vibrations in the sound wave are not disruptingly high so the sound wave lets him disperse, and makes sure the frequency of the wave is correct.

Description: The User Forms A huge amount of Chakra in their fists and when a punch is thrown the hands release it in the form of Tremendous sound waves that spreads out through the area. Mainly Travels through the air so it don't leave a trail that it is coming. When the sound Impacts the foe they will lose the ability to hear for a while and it will cause them to bleed out of the ear. Causes the foe to lose hearing for 5 turns so it will be harder for them to evade attacks.
Note: Travels at 500 speed

I start by concentrating a new load of ototon chakra in the air. I increase it's rate of vibration and send it towards your ears. As it nears your ears (rhyme!) I let the power increase in it, causing a loud ringing in them. The ringing continues to grow stronger over time.
