Alright, bear in mind that I'm retarded, so be gentle.

Karl Tanner approached the Binkan clan member on an open dirt field. As he neared, he drew both his daggers from his hips, and ran the flats of the blades together as he walked with a confident swagger. Upon reaching a mid range of the Binkan, he stopped walking and pointed his right dagger at his opponent with a derisive laugh. "They told me you was an ugly cont but damn, your face looks like a fockin ballsack." Karl stopped laughing rather abruptly and brought his dagger back to his side. "Think I'll enjoy carving it up a bit."
And with the he launched himself toward the Binkan, closing the distance with a few moments. He ran with his torso leaned forward, with his left arm bent, holding the dagger diagonally in front of his chest. His right arm trailed behind and below the rest of his torso, with the elbow bent ever so slightly, leaving the dagger ready to plunge forward at a moments notice. Upon reaching a meter or so in front of the Binkan, Karl adjusted his momentum, and leaned back slightly as he drew his right foot, which was the rear foot at the time, forward amid the loose dirt, kicking it up and into the Binkan's face. After pausing for a brief moment to gauge the Binkan's reaction, Karl pushed off the ground slightly with both his feet, sending himself skidding across the loose dirt a step or so, swiping diagonally with his left hand dagger as he did so, if it connected, the tip of the dagger would cut into the Binkan's left shoulder and carry down to his right hip. Whilst doing this he brought his right dagger forward so that it was slightly in frot of his chest, ready to parry a counter attack.

Revan clothed in usual robes arrived at the plain field,glancing at the young competitor infront of him.He was a kid,just in his twenties,clothed in an armor unlike your average shinobi.Hearing the ninja's rant,Revan lost his appetite for a fight."Come young padawan,I'll teach you the ways of the force.". Watching the ninja bolt forward towards Revan with his dual blades,Revan held his ground carefully following the ninja's movements.As the ninja sinks his feet and swoops dirt on Revan's face,he doesn't react to it.His face mask was grazed with some dirt,that's all.As the ninja springs of to the side,Revan's murderous aura overcomes the ninja with fear,making him flinch and loose focus of the task at hand.Completely in sync with the release of Sakii,Revan pivots himself on his right foot,spins around and deals a kick to ninja's gut sending him skidding across the ground.Revan then slowly paces towards the shinobi,"Fight with passion,passion brings forth your true strength."

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

Watching the ninja get back on his feet quickly after taking a blow from him,Revan was quite fascinated.He slowly paced forward,listening to the blatant words of his challenger."Only a child speaks with such foolishness"Suddenly,he releases a wave of red aura towards Revan.Reacting to it,Revan reaches into his cloak with his right hand,taking out a normal kunai.He then channels his fuuton chakra into it,coating it with wind in order to enhance it's destructive power as well it's range.Quick to react,he extends his right hand a bit and holds the blade parallel to both his chest and to the ground.As the chakra wave makes contact with the wind blade,Revan is pushed back due to the sheer power of the chakra wave.To balance out,Revan focuses fuuton chakra into his left hand,placing it on the wind blade as a means to support.Using his sheer power Revan,pushes his left hand forward thereby pushing the chakra wave and finally deflects the wave to his right.Just as this happens,Revan notices his opponent in vicinity and about to deal a deadly blow.Revan pushes off to his right just in the nick of time and swings his chakra blade in arc,from left to right so that it would dissect his opponents lower abdomen.

As the man moved to Karl's left, he knew it was too late to change his momentum so that his left hand dagger would maim the Binkan as he had intended, and he simultaneously noticed the Binkan aiming a horizontal slash at him. And so, as his left arm moved downward, Karl deftly whirled the dagger in his fingers, adjusting the grip in the blink of an eye so that the blade was pointing toward the ground. Whilst adjusting his grip, he streamed wind chakra into the dagger, extending it into a wind blade exactly as the Binkan had just done, and just in the nick of time. Immediately after the wind saber came into existence, it clashed with the wind saber of the Binkan. Although Karl's wind saber was stronger due to the Binkan's having been weakened, he did not push it through, and simply blocked its advancement for the briefest of moments. While doing all this with his left arm, Karl also twisted his right wrist, which had descended to an equal height so that the tip pointed at the Binkan's stomach.
At this point in time, both of Karl's arms are held in front of his torso. His left arm is bent slightly, with his hand at shoulder level, with the dagger pointed directly at the ground. His right arm is also bent slightly, and is held away from his body at naval level, with the dagger pointed at the Binkan.
The moment that Karl had completed streaming wind chakra into the left handed dagger, he replicated the process with the right dagger, causing another wind saber to form. This ninja was good,he used the exact same jutsu that Revan had used to counter the chakra wave.Knowing his opponent is not some amateur fighter,Revan focuses himself into the battle.As the two wind sabers brushed against each other,Revan firmly held his one "Death awaits you,young one".Noticing the ninja streaming chakra to form a second wind saber,Revan raises his left hand and bends it so that his arm is parallel to his chest and his elbow is arched out.He musters fuuton chakra into his hand and just as the ninja pulled his wind blade up,Revan opens his palm releasing a blast of wind.This blast of wind pushes both Revan and the ninja backwards,creating an ample distance between the two.The blast of wind also saved Revan from gruesome slashes.Reavn stands face to face with ninja,with his own chakra saber pointed to the ground."You have potential,but that arrogance clouds your judgement.I shall cleanse you of that arrogance".Spouting those words,Revan took of towards the ninja whilst performing a single seal,casting his challenger into a genjutsu.In the genjutsu,the ninja finds Revan vanish right before his eyes only to appear behind him,and swing his wind saber horizontally carving up the ninja's back.In reality,Revan runs forward at the confused ninja and upon reaching attack range,he crouches and swings his blade diagonally from left to right,slicing his torso.

The gust of air released by his opponent pushed Karl away in just the nick of time, as both of his wind sabers barely missed their mark. After being pushed back by the gust of air, Karl landed on both his feet simultaneously, skidding backward slightly on the loose dirt. He held both his daggers, wind sabers still active, at his side with his arms bent slightly. He adjusted the grip of the left hand dagger so that it was back in its original position, with the point emerging from the thumb side of his hand. Before he was able to ready his own attack, the Binkan was already charging at him, making a hand seal as he did so. Just after the hand seal was made, however, the Binkan vanished from in front of him in a blur of speed. Casting his gaze to the side in an attempt to track the Binkan, Karl saw in his peripheral vision that the Binkan had appeared behind him. Taken aback by the sudden attack, Karl instinctively released a surge of electricity from his body, seeking to stun the Binkan in order to allow Karl to even the playing field.
To Karl's astonishment however, the moment he released the electricity the image of the Binkan behind him vanished, and he was confronted with the reality of the Binkan getting into a crouching position before him, just outside of the range in which he had released the electricity, aiming to dissect him. Finally recognizing the technique as a genjutsu, Karl grew enraged.
"Genjutsu!? Fookin' genjutsu!? Fookin' coward ninja cont!"
Just as the Binkan was about to finish lowering himself to the crouched position, Karl caused a small pillar of earth to erupt from the ground at an angle below the Binkan's right heel. As the Binkan had already been changing his center of gravity, the movement of the pillar is all it would take to send his body reeling backward, should the force of the pillar go unchallenged. Taking advantage of the predicament his opponent was now in, Karl took a half step forward, moving both his daggers as he did so. Fuelled by his rage and hatred of the ninja arts that he was ironically using himself, Karl swung his left dagger, wind saber activated, in a downward arc from his right to left, swatting the weakened wind saber of the Binkan aside. As he did so, he plunged his right handed wind saber downward at the backward reeling Binkan, plunging it into the center of his chest.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. This fight is turning out to be so much fun.My taijutsu skill is kinda pathetic,so bare with me.I kinda rushed into typing this move,so yeah if you have problems understanding what I envisioned,vm me or post it.

Watching his opponent spike his chakra,Revan chuckled thinking "Not bad".Still he follows with his initial plan and upon reaching the vicinity of the challenger,Revan senses his opponent feeding chakra into the earth below him.Quick on his feet,Revan knew it was a small scale jutsu since any large scale jutsu at the moment would affect the caster as well.As he starts to bend his right knee,inorder to crouch,a powerful stream of wind is released from his right foot,thrusting Revan off the ground to his left.Using the force of the wind,Revan does a cartwheel in mid-air,whilst thrusting his wind saber through the ninja's right scapula.Initially the wind blade pierces through the scapula but due to the cartwheel,the wind saber twists itself,lodging the blade inbetween the shoulder bones.Even though the wind saber has been weakened drastically,it still rips through the scapula like a knife cutting through butter,rendering the ninja's ability to maneuver his right arm.Revan then lands a little left to the ninja in a slightly crouched manner,facing the ninja's right shoulder.Without wasting a beat,Revan thrusts his right arm forward with an open palm,delivering a crushing palm thrust to the lower abdomen.The palm thrust pushes the ninja off his feet and on to his ass.Revan slowly rises from his crouched manner,"Deception is the key to life"

As the Binkan pushed himself into the air before the earth pillar knocked him off balance, Karl was never able to capitalize by slashing at him with his daggers. As the Binkan released the blast of air from his right foot, Karl readied his daggers, bringing his arms forward slightly and bending his elbows nearly 90 degrees. His right arm was slightly further from his body then his left arm.
"You rehearse this fookin' bullshit like a priest."
Karl carefully tracked the Binkan as he pushed off into the air and kart-wheeled, pivoting to the right on his toes to keep the Binkan in front of him while waiting for the moment to strike. He was not left waiting more than a moment. As the Binkan kart-wheeled through the air, he thrust his wind saber forward aimed at Karl's shoulder. As the stab came at him, Karl took a step forward with his left foot and turned his body so that his right side angled away from the Binkan, meaning that, even if the stab were to connect, it wouldn't be nearly as damaging. While performing this motion, Karl's daggers jumped to life once more. While maintaining the 90 degree bend at the elbow, Karl rotating his right arm so that his forearm and the wind saber were positioned perpendicularly to the ground, batting the wind saber of the Binkan to Karl's right as he did so, causing it to narrowly miss his shoulder.
In the moment immediately after pushing aside the Binkan's wind saber, Karl aimed a right to left horizontal slash at the Binkan as he was 3/4ths of the way through his kartwheeling motion, slicing him open from balls to brain. In the moment immediately after having carried this slash through, Karl lept backward, creating several steps of difference between himself and the Binkan.

As the ninja swings his wind saber in a horizontal manner,he slices through Revan effortlessly but not a drop of blood is seen.It was as if the ninja had swing-ed his sword in the air,aimlessly hoping to strike something.You see,Revan had transformed himself into wind,an intangible form.As the ninja stands there clueless,doubting whether he was trapped in a genjutsu,he could hearing the chirping sounds of the birds from behind him.There stands Revan,6m behind his opponent with his right hand held before his trunk and his elbow pointed to the ground.His wind saber is seen stabbed into the ground to his right.His right hand had a blue aura,with sparks of electricity surrounding it almost as if lightning had manifested in his hand.The sound of the birds chirping increased by the second making it almost unbearable."We've felt each other's rhythm with our steps.Let's put our Nina Arts to the test.".Revan then stands there waiting to see what his opponent does.

You think I'm going to pull those fookin' coward tricks?" Despite saying this, in the next moment he proceeded to reach into a pouch locacted on his lower back with his left hand, and draw a shuriken. He lobbed it at the Binkan with an overhand throw, sending the shuriken whirling at the center of the man's throat.
After releasing the shuriken, Karl kept moving, and continued moving his entire body downward, slamming his hands on the ground. In the moment that he did so, a great surge of water appeared just above the Binkan's head, just as the shuriken would have reached its mark. Noticing the shuriken in it's trajectory,Revan slides his right leg backwards thereby turning his body accordingly inorder to let the shuriken pass by unhindered..Revan could sense a massive amount of chakra being pooled into the air above him and as the water drops down immediately,Revan crouches a bit in order to support his weight under the sheer pressure of the water.AS the water brushes by his back,Revan slowly rises back to his normal posture with his right hand held back.His hand still glowed with the power of lightning surging through his veins.Without wasting a beat,Revan bolts forward towards the ninja leaving streaks of lightning trailing.The sound of the birds chirping grew louder and louder as Revan approached the ninja.Upon reaching the vicinity,Revan puts on a burst of speed and thrusts the lightning blade in the form of an uppercut,carving through the ninja's chest.

After having neutralized the Chidori, Karl's hand pushed the Binkan's hand to the side, causing the uppercut to pass harmlessly to Karl's right.
Whilst doing this, Karl leaned back ever so slightly, putting his weight on his right leg, and proceeded to whip his left leg forward in a low left to right arc, coating it in wind as he did so. All of sudden Revan noticed wind being clustered into the left hand of the ninja. Where this was going, Revan knew his jab would miss the target. As the ninja thrusts his left hand forward towards the side of Revan's right hand grasping the chidori, Revan had the presence of mind to shift his weight into his left leg, and raises his right leg of the ground slightly. As the chidori and wind chop clash, the force with the wind chop was lunged is used by Revan to rotate his body counter clockwise with his left leg as the pivot. In the process,Revan raises his right knee up and extends it in the process to deliver a powerful blow to the femur.The blow is powerful enough to send you to the side tumbling and not enough to send you flying. Since the ninja was swinging his left leg to right,his left side would be unguarded.(Just so we are clear,I raised my right leg and rotated myself to kick you in your thighs,and your low kick would miss my right leg). I suck at explaining these things xD

Holy delayed response! Sorry, I've had a lot I've been doing lately. D: Anywho: I have some issues with your counter. As far as I know, the Leaf Gale kick doesn't quite work like that. When Rock Lee uses it, he crouches spins around a full 360 degrees so that he can make a low, sweeping kick with the back side of his leg, if that makes sense. This is the motion that the description is referring to when it says "a simple rear spinning low kick". o-o
Seen around 2:50. The translation's off, but I'm fairly certain that they're the same jutsu. So obviously there's some discrepencies between the motion you described and the jutsu you posted. Not sure what to do. o_o Wanna just pretend like you posted this and continue?
