I'm not the one who's saying that. They are obviously Madara fanboys U_U
But Madara managed to release most of the Susano'o close to Perfect. Plus that form of Susano'o, during the Vote fight, was shown again when Madara released his PS. So these Madara fanboys/fans do have a reason.
Sasuke managed to release only a head part of his PS, but it's not confirmed whether the Kyuubi's chakra's existence helped him to sustain it for long.
So, until Sasuke releases the PS (say in the corner without anyone around) and stabilizes it, I won't agree that he has a PS (but I agree that he showed signs of PS but doesn't have complete control yet)
You can call me hater or whatever but it's truth. you should atleast accept that Sasuke hasn't yet released his full PS without anyone's assistance.
