If Sasuke loses his eyes by accident, can he awaken the sharingan again if he gets a new pair of eyes? Suppose Naruto will create the new eyes for Sasuke with Naruto's jesus power

Can Sasuke awaken the sharingan in his new eyes because of his Uchiha blood? Or will Sasuke become an Uchiha without sharingan?

I didn't mention Mangekyou in the OP, and Kakashi had Obito's sharingan. Kakashi didn't activate sharingan in his own eyes

I think he'd only be able to get 1-3 Tomoe again, unless he re-experienced the trauma for Mangekyo, but you said only 1-3 Tomoe. He'd have to level it again, people saying it's from the brain are right, however when Madara stole Kakashi's thus Obito's MS the Sharingan didn't change to Madara's design or an EMS so he would not be able to go to EMS or MS unless he re-met the pre-requisites.

If uchihas eyes are transplanted then YES, he can activate Sharingan.
If normal eyes are transplanted then NO, there won't be any Sharingan for him.

Just like how Kakashi's right eye didn't turned to normal after implanting Obito's eye.

The Uchiha's DNA holds the potential for the Sharingan. The OP meant if Naruto were to use his Yang release and do a Kakashi to Sasuke, would he be able to unlock 1-3 Tomoe Sharingan again. Though if he lost BOTH eyes could Naruto even do a Kakashi??

Ummm? Yeah why not. He can. The power which Naruto has got doesn't have choices between the Uchihas and the normal people. Naruto can re-create the eyes.
