That's wrong. The scroll he used for the ritual is completely black and doesn't have any pattern. Since both were shown in the very same chapter I doubt that's a mistake on Masashi's part.

As for you, Logic, you did a great job finding that picture with the scroll. I never really noticed it, yet it is presented so obviously. However, like above, the scroll Suigetsu found is entirely black and doesn't have a ripple-pattern like the one that was shown in chapter 520.

But since there are 54 chapters in between, that could also be a mere mistake. It wouldn't be the first time. But apart from all that, I highly doubt that possibility. Even though it'd be great find, Edo Tensei has ended now, and Madara is no longer bound to it. Furthermore Suigetsu's literally shocked reaction and his statement doesn't really suit your theory. And, like somebody said before, it's very unlikely that Suigetsu and Juugo know/knew about the importance of Edo Tensei in this war. But it's still an option, and it's far from impossible.

well mistake or not i highly doubt that the scroll is about edo tensei, let alone the fact that its very unlikely that suigetsu know that the edo tensei is used in the war

i can only think it was some kind of plan that orochimaru invented for all the possibility that might happen if tobi actually waged war against the shinobi village,
it said DATA so it was some kind of Intel that oro have on akatsuki and with that he invented the plan to counter or take advantage based from that data...............
