How would this benefit Sasuke? For all I know those 2 have been in prison for a long time and know sh1t about Edo Tensei Kabuto has released.

I think they found a formula how to unlock Rinnegan with EMS. Kabuto already said he and Orochimaru studied it for years and all their assumptions were correct. There must be more written on that scroll.

For the part in bold check my previous post. I agree you with you somewhat on the other part of your post though. There's probably many secrets written on that Scroll

It is a good theory and seems highly plausible but if it turns out to be true then it takes the curiousity excitement out. I still think its something else entirely because whats the use of that scroll now since almost every Edos are gone? It would be a somewhat of a huge let down if Suigetsu merely reveals the same info we now already know.

Also Sasuke needs a way to keep up with Naruto and that scroll could be the ticket.

While it is entirely possible that you are correct, let's play devil's advocate. If you reread the later chapter where Suigetsu and Jugo are discussing the scroll, they do know that there's a war because a bird tells Jugo. However, they do not know about the pivotal role Edo Tensei has in it. Given that they do not know about Edo Tensei's widespread use in the war, why would they consider a scroll that shows you how to release it so important to the war?

Good question. A really, really good question ._. Perhaps Juugo/Suigetsu already know that the Edo Tensei is a really powerful technique and Sasuke could use it to his advantage. If that's the case Sasuke is very lucky. The only other answer I can come up with is that perhaps there are some other things hidden in that scroll.

This is the only way I can rationalize it. Honestly, the edo scroll theory is the only one that seems somewhat plausible to me and Kishi doesn't always make sense, so what can you do? We'll find out soon enough.​

True but it seems that it's secret jutsu, i mean now everyone probably knows about it but some days ago (in the naruto world) not many, and probably not Suigetsu. but i have no fact for that.
