Lord of the candle is by far a boring movie, no need to watch them. It always follow the same habit: Long journey of walking, some talking along the way, more walking, some battle, more talking, 2 hours more of walking, and then the climax/credits.

I was exactly the same with the first film, I just couldn't keep watching when they get to the mine, I always turn off at that bit.

I prefer the Hobbit, it's a hell of a lot more fun and entertaining that's for sure. I can watch both films no problem.
