Sasuke has not once ever doubted his ability to do anything. And unlike Obito, he doesn't bring the entire world in his beefs, he keeps them all personal.

Clan got killed? He fights Itachi.
Danzo caused it? He fights Danzo.
He sides back with the Leaf? He's fighting Obito.
Obito on the other hand blames the entire world for everything. He doesn't know th meaning of personal. And to be honest I know for a fact Sasuke would pull his body back together easy as Obito. Hatred power is stronger than will power and easier to hold.

Onoki is old as dirt and still stopping meteors, and tanking 2 at once. You know how much persistance that takes when everybody around you is being a negative nancy? A lot, that's how much. He always kept his head up. He's the man that kept the Kages going when all of them were looking down. Don't test him. He could pull his body together as wel.

Danzo lost an arm and was still treading like a treadmill. His will is undeniably powerful, I don't need to explain this one. He could stitch himself back together as well.

Obito is a bottom feeding egg-basket punk who runs away every time he's about to lose and is only facing his opponents now that he's got the Juubi in him. Kakashi has a stronger will than him. You didn't see him running away from frights, getting people to fight for him or any of that crap. Face it.
