i was watching the new filler and i may be retarded but... when obito was telling everybody he was madara was HE saying that or was it madaras will. i only ask this because when zetsu was talking to obito he said "its just like obito said"

tobi's identity are 3 persons , tobi (which is the spiral zetsu) , madara and obito , so when you read him saying that it was madara , it's bc it was madaras will which is the 2nd madara. and the other stuff is bc it's obito. and he didn't said "its like obito said"

Obito stayed in character at all times. Basically every scene in Shippuden with Zetsu and Obito alone is an act that he keeps up.
