I saw on diferent threds all kind off jutsu and i ws wandering how you can lear them and increase your level.I saw that in the sensei post you need A rank this and b rank that.How can i get those?

You need 50 posts to be able to create a bio for approval, then you have to find a sensei who teaches you techniques through your threads with them until you pass and are able to use what you learned.

200 for Chunin (D-C Rank I think)
550 S Jounin (C-B I think)
1050 Jounin (B-A I think)
2040 S-Rank (A-S I think)
