I see some people with the Missing Nin or the templates other than those below or above their avatars, how should I gain those? :O?!

Post and reputation should raise your rank, and with people who have villages, it's for role play and you need to have a bio to join. Also, to make a bio you need at least 50 post and please read the rp rules before doing anything.
