I have a question about the Ancestry of Senju and Uchiha clan

[Great Sage of Uchiha]

Okay so this idea has been on my mind all day and i need so someone to answer these questions for me.

I was on narutopedia looking at both the senju and uchiha clan Ancestors ( aka So6p's sons) I noticed that it states:

Uchiha Clan Ancestor ( Older brother)He inherited the Sage's "eyes" — his powerful chakra and spiritual energy.
Obviously Madara uchiha is the best example since we don't have proof of what the Older brother can do but it's clear the eyes are:
-Rinnegan
-Sharingan (Mangekyō Sharingan)
-Byakugan
But is it possible the Spiritual energy they are talking about is " Susanoo"?

Senju Clan Ancestor ( Younger brother) He inherited the Sage's "body" — life force and physical energy.
This is where i get confused at cause i do realize Hashirama Senju would be the best example for this, but can someone explain what would the "life force" and "physical energy" is?

Life force and physical energy... I'd assume that would mean a long life and stamina. As well as probably durability and the ability to heal quickly.

I think the "life force" is the ability to heal without making signs, and "psichycal energy" must be stamina, or brute strenght? xd

Physical energy is the energy within the cells in the body; this was said in the earlier episodes, by Sakura. Physical energy increases the power of a jutsu in some way. Danzo implanted Hashirama's cells to increase the time that each of his sharingans could use Izanagi.
Physical energy is also under yang; physical energy breathes life into form.
Shikamaru uses yang to breath life into his shadows; he expands and traps people with them.
