I have a possible theory as to what it is that itachi wants to say to sasuke possibly though tsukoyomi so it doesn't take long because of where itachi says to sasuke that it's his fault that sasuke is what he is and that he's not really in the position for criticizing his decision to destroy the leaf but now that things have turned out the way it has that there is at least one thing he wants to say to sasuke and so what i believe itachi will say to sasuke is something like this: Sasuke i've made so many bad decisions in my life and it's because of those decisions that you walk on a dark path.

Tobi has been manipulating you and by what i know he hasn't finished with you yet, everything that has happened from the ninetails attack, the birth of akatsuki and everything else that has happened till now is all part of tobi's plan, Tobi cannot be trusted, he is a harbinger of disaster and he needs to be stopped before he is able to achieve the eye of the moon plan, i don't know much about it which is surprising considering the fact that i kept an eye on him but what i do know is that being that he has started this war he is determined to get his hands on the eight and nine tails in order to revive the jubi and become it's jinchuriki which will increase his occular powers ten-fold and enable him to cast an infinite tsukoyomi on the entire world controlling every human being on this planet.
Sasuke even though you want to unleash all your hate unto the world and as we both know there is nothing i could do to stop you because you are stubborn and i'm a failiure but there is something important you should know right now as we're talking there is a young man out there who his fighting for not only himself but for the entire world even for you sasuke, yes i'm talking about naruto uzumaki your friend, I know this because before i set out in search of kabuto we came face to face in battle, at that time i including nagato who was with me was still under kabutos control and we were sent to capture naruto and killerbee the eight tails jinchuriki once they escaped confinement ,If it wasn't for naruto we wouldn't be having this conversation while fighting side by side, Sasuke even though you are now a criminal and there are alot of people who want you dead naruto hasn't given up on you, i know this because he is special and it's because of how special he is that i am now convinced that should you and he meet in battle that only he will be able to get through to you because even though he's not your brother only he understands you, he undrstands your pain and he wants to help you.
Just like you naruto has suffered he's been through so much in his life, just like you he has suffered losses, i don't know if you know this but tobi was behind the ninetails attack on the leaf 16 years ago which cost so many lives and caused so much devestation and it's because of tobi that naruto never got to meet his parents but saying that, naruto in a way had a part in saving the village from the ninetails it sounds silly considering he was just a newborn but he didn't do it alone you see his parents also had a part in saving the village too.
I haven't told you this but narutos dad was a legend and ontop of that a genius not only that but he was also the 4th hokage and his wife narutos mom was host to the ninetails and because of the fact she was pregnant the seal became loose, she was in alot of pain and soon after naruto was born and the 4th and his wife were happy but unfortunately that happiness didn't last long because tobi appeared on the scene , there was one thing he wanted and that was the ninetails but he knew it wouldn't be easy he needed a distraction and saw the newborn baby naruto lying there and grabbed him, he was even willing to kill naruto if it wasn't for the 4th also nicknamed the yellow flash because of his amazing speed ,it's because of that speed that he got naruto away from tobi but in the process tobi had kidnapped kushina narutos mom and extracted the ninetails which should have killed her but because of her incredible vitality and lifeforce which she inherited because she was an uzumaki she survived the extraction but tobi being the monster he was took control of the ninetails and ordered it to kill her, tobi would have suceeded if it wasn't for the 4th who rescued her and because the 4th knew tobi and the ninetails were a grave threat to the village he had to deal with them and so he bravely took on both tobi and the ninetails which led to tobi retreating after the 4th broke tobis control over the fox and with tobi gone it was only the ninetails that was left.
Even though tobi was gone the fox went ahead to kill naruto but narutos parents got in the way in order to protect naruto and with both he and narutos mom gravely injured the 4th knew that he had to act quickly so he made a decision, that decision was that he would have to seal half of the fox in naruto making naruto a jinchuriki and the other half in himself using the shiki fujin jutsu and even though they knew they were dying they stayed with naruto until their death and so naruto now orphaned because he had no parents was taken in and looked after and it's because of narutos parents heroic actions that their son and the leaf survived not only that but they left the leaf a gift and that gift was the naruto the nine tails jinchuriki so that should tobi reappear naruto would eventually fight and finally defeat him and even though the leaf was saved and many surived naruto grew up feeling lonely, he was hated by nearly everyone in the village because the very beast that killed many and almost destroyed the village was now in naruto and they wanted him dead because they didn't see naruto as naruto they saw him as the beast, even though naruto suffered he always smiled and never shed a single tear but naruto didn't need to feel lonely any longer because he made friends and you were one of those friends sasuke and even though at the time you never knew about the beast inside naruto you were one of the many friends who accepted naruto for being naruto and not the beast and even though he had friends the rest of the village still hated him and so that's why naruto wanted attention he wanted to be acknowledged and respected that's why he wants to be hokage and it's because of what he went though that he will never give up on you no matter what you've done.
He told me he sees you as the brother he never had and that's why right now he is putting his life on the line to fight tobi because he doesn't want anybody else to suffer, naruto is no longer fighting to protect himself sasuke he's fighting for the whole ninja world sasuke just like you naruto is stubborn, when i met him earlier he wanted to end the war, deal with tobi and shoulder your hatred all by himself and i made him promise that he doesn't have to do everything by himself because he has his friends to help him and even though as far as i know he's holding his own against tobi even he has his limits.
