Ight...it is pretty much confirmed that edo tensei have limitless amount of chakara...so does that mean if Kaguya absorb their chakara. Will she go insane since it will be just too much chakara???

Well she absorbed chakra from those effected by IT, the edo's were not effected by IT. (I think).

That sir was a plot hole because I remember when Madara was battling the kages then he reversed the edo tnesei justu so he cannot die and he had I am in a body which has infinite chakara that cannot die...

They have an unlimited of their limited chakra (and stamina).
Not endless amounts.
