Agreed. I do think it was a trick, trap, or something else? Becuase We all know kakashi, he is not an evil person..... But at least this explains how obito became so evil, he knew about it, but regardless, she died, and puts the blame on kakashi for letting her die. Its a better more intune than just "you let rin die" reason of becoming evil..... still kind of stupid though...... if he knew that he shouln't even put the blame on kakashi, hence the stupid...... You seem to forget that Madara already knew Obito would be coming back. How exactly would he know that if he is trapped in that cave and doesn't know what's happening outside. Zetsu could give him information, but can't see the future. This is obviously a set-up.
