So in conclusion, Sasuke is capable of controlling Kuruma due to having the Mangeykou Sharingan. However if Kurama is within a Jinchuuriki then he can not be controlled. However it was shown with the Sharingan can remove the Kyuubi from a Jinchuuriki if the seal is weakened (Obito and Kushina). So there is a chance that Sasuke can extract Kurama from Naruto.

It has not been stated whether the Uchiha can control other tailed beasts except for Kurama.

Obviously now it may not be possible but what I am saying is that they maybe a chance that if Sasuke finds a way to restrict naruto he can extract Kurama given that he knows or learns the technique. Naruto has released the seal so there should be nothing stopping Sasuke from extracting Kurama one way or another.

If he finds a way to put the both under a genjutsu then an extraction or suppression of power is possible.
