Curse Mark doesn't increase chakra reserves. It actually eats on Sasuke's own chakra reserves. Only thing CM would do is change the appearance of his abilities, strength, and allow him to touch Juubito. Sasuke hasn't showed us his entire EMS moveset yet, so it's safe to say that Sasuke can whip out PS at anytime, but it will be useless because he cannot utilize Senjutsu.

I'm sure Sasuke using CM with Naruto's chakra cloak would allow him to pull out a more powerful PS on par with Madara's. All of CM's negative effects would be neutralized thanks to Naruto's power up.

Rinnegan is the most fighting and most Likely powerup he can get. That or some Raiton Armor Variant.

Sasuke will be getting his power up, that is rinnegan after the war. Because Oro's going to transplant Senju DNA in him and experiment on accelerating the evolution of EMS into Rinnegan. But for now Juugo's curse mark is the only possible powerup for him. Now say, ALL HAIL LORD JUUGO
