i hate them to. we had an appointment september 11, didnt come then they said the 15th didnt come, then they rescheduled for the 24th then they came on the 18th when i wasnt home and i called to confirm our appointment for the 24th and they said there wasnt one then they gave me a speech saying they cant come around all the time. i told them if you guys came on the 11th then we wouldnt have this issue
