And as we know this was one of Sasuke's big questions. I think that that in itself may be a big hint as to sasuke joining the fight. So my question is: does anyone else think that Sasuke will be pursuaded by Naruto to help in his fight against Madar/Juubi/Obito, or do you think Naruto will still want to do it on his own? After Sasuke sees 'The One' of course. I really like the idea of him joining the fight, but I would like to see him do it under his own ideals. What do you, my fellow basers, think about this?

Anyhow, to more directly answer your question, I think Sasuke will finally be able to make a decision for himself once he has all the facts in front of him. Which way he chooses to go ... idk. We shall see.

I know it was referring to Neji, but it also (almost) seems like an answer to Sasuke's question on what a shinobi truly is..

This is how it'll go down:

Sasuke comes after doing his own thing, and gets persuaded by Naruto to help him (of course). Then, Sakura joins in (has her 2 chapters full of flash backs about Sasuke), and then Kakashi joins in. So, just like old times, they defeat who ever and then.. something else happens.

Sasuke is going to meet Shisui and Izuna in the afterlife.

Or Sasuke travels back in time, meet Shisui and the other Uchihas like Izuna, has a change of heart and joins Naruto in his fight

Yeah that sounds about right. But it's still a possibility.

I'm kind of hoping that the One Who Knows Everything will be a realistic sort of being. Sasuke will ask it what a shinobi is, and it will respond with an answer completely contradicting Naruto's statement (eg. a ninja is somebody who does anything for their personal gain). I also hoped that Obito would have already visited this being and found the truth so horrifying that the Moons Eye Plan looks like a free ticket to paradise but the chances of that are looking kind of grim.

It could be foreshadowing he'll sacrifice himself like Neji did, but we still know there will be a confrontation between him and Naruto. I've been thinking he'll help Naruto defeat Madara and Obito (after he finds his answers), then face Naruto in a final battle.
