Minato sealed the chakra within himself, not the RDS so I think that he still has it inside of him. I think that over time he just revives himself. I dunno how to put manga pages up but in chapter 503 pg. 14 Kushina said she would drag him into herself and die with him and that it would stop him from coming back for a while. They are just chakra with a form/body after all.
