[Photoshop] i got some tips with photoshop

i guess most of u know how to do this, but i didn't.

My friend told me how to copy part of an image, and put it as a new layer, and then edit the background only to get some cool effects.

You only applied a filter effect on a duplicated layer... but good try... +reps

yeah, all i realy did was cut out the main guy (ray rice is his name) and re-pasted it into a new layer. This way you can apply 2 different effects to the person, and his background.

It's what yamino did to his sig.
