Kishi didn't write the movie he supervised it so the guy who wrote it has his reasons for both showing it maybe he secretly prefers sasuke so he gave sasuke that boss ass scene and kept sasuke's rinnegan and I think naruto was flying at one point
And why would kishi nerf the MC like that and make the second MC the strongest who the MC strived to Catch up to the whole of the series that like giving naruto readers a slap in the face.
