No susano can be activated only when u have both eyes(MS) & Rinnegan user can't use or activate susano,at least for now,.....

Yes they are right you need two mangenyko sharingans to activate sussano. Though there is debate about needing the other two powers first, amaterasu and tyskuomi, because have yet to see madara use his sharingan for anything but sussano?
