Yes correct, very good, the principle of using shadow is, you may only able to bind an opponent shadow when they are attached with it.
So always remember that you can't bind/stop or undo an incoming attack jutsu .
Next question, can i use FB to make this faster and bigger ?

Ofc yes (only under certain circumstances).
When the FB is used behind your back, it emits light n your body acts as an obstacle to the path of light which creates shadows. So when we use a FB, it increases the speed of the shadow, the size is also amplified. The amplification is inversely proportional to the distance between you and the light source. If the FB explodes just behind your back, it would give you maximum effect as compared to otherwise.

Last question, If i fight you, can i break through your shadow bind ? Explain.
Well according to me yes.
The light acts both as a friend and enemy of the shadows. So if I can emit light from my body (like the fire jutsus) I can prevent shadows from capturing me. But what if i'm already captured??
Then you can use a lightening armour or nagashi or jutsus like that which give out much light (and does not require handseals) to get out of the trap.

-grab a kunai from my pouch with my right hand and place it in front of my face ready to attack you-

I'll teach you my Shadow Cj's while you're waiting on Oasis..
First -
Grab a kunai from your poach and coat it in your shadow so that it grips it fully. Once done throw the kunai just like any other towards the dummie. Whenever you feel like it manipulate the shadow on that kunai and branch out into several spikes so it becomes a flying spiky shadow projectile - it grows a good size.

Ah, I understood
I take out a kunai from my pouch and coat it with my shadow chakra. I make it completely covered in it so that it grips it properly. Once done, I throw it towards your clone. As the kunai reaches somewhere between us, I perform a single handseal and the shadow on the kunai branches out into multiple shadow needles. The needles on manipulation, grows several inches forward and thus stabs your clone in different places.

Description: Once the user infused his shadow chakra into his kunai, he can throw it and when it get's close enough to the enemy the shadow will mold out of the kunai to create 5, 3 foot long shadow spikes coming off the kunai facing the way that the point of the kunai is facing. This is able to increase the span of impact that a ordinary kunai cannot do.
Notes:
-Only usable by Nara clan member
-Only usable when Shadow training is complete
-Can only be used 3 times per battle
-Unable to use if chakra reserve is below 20% (towards end of battle likely)

Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40

Description:
This is used to defend against enemy attacks all around the user. The user connects with their shadow, then they expand the shadow all around them then manipulate the shadow to build walls on all sides of the user creating a shadow cube. This move can also be applied to trap an enemy. Only works when the user has connected with the enemies shadow. Once the connection is made the same rules apply, the shadow walls are made all around the enemy to trap them for 1 turn. If it blocks one A-Rank Jutsu it is destroyed, any other jutsu rank needs to hit the cube twice before it's destroyed i.e. two B-Ranks, 1 C-Rank and 1 B-Rank. The cube is fast enough to stop mid - long range attacks.
Notes:
-Able to protect user from A-Rank and below jutsu's
-Only usable against mid - long range abilities
-Cube can protect user for 1 turn
-Cube can trap enemy for 1 turn
-Usable 3 times per battle (Trap and Protection are each counted as one)
-User cannot use Shadow abilities C-Rank and below for 1 turn after cube has been made
