If we talking about molecule level of devastation, a whole bunch of K11 could possibly killed Hidan, starting from Shino.

I'd consider Hidan's anatomy to be like that of a zombie's.
You can chop off his limbs, but that won't kill him.
However, anything that could cause destruction to his brain could damage/kill him permanently, because after all that still is the center of his consciousness and all of his bodily functions.

So really, lots of things can kill him, including a simple kunai through the head.
