what was wrong with it if you don't mind me asking?
Nothing
wrong with it exactly, it just wasn't exciting like Storm 2 was for me. I found myself skipping every scene, and every anime cutscene (besides the never before seen ones). And I'm not the only one. A friend of mine from Gamestop said there were already 6 returns within the same week it was released.
Not that I'm trying to discourage you or anything, its a good game, I just didn't think it was worth $60. Felt more like an expansion, like Super Street Fighter IV. I also
HATED the fact that CC2 asked fans
multiple times what they wanted, through email, or on their website, and everywhere I went, the most commonly seen requests were:
-Jutsu Clashes
-Longer Ultimates
-Sound 4 as playable characters
-Anko and Darui to be playable characters
-Wall running
-Taunts
And not one of those are in the game. So what was the point in asking in the first place if they didn't want to do anything? Sure, they'll most likely add all of this in Storm 3, but the whole thing was about Generations so its like they listened to the requests that only
they thought were good, like the Sub bar, and canceling.
I'll keep my hopes up for Storm 3 instead.
