Now Naruto feels a bit less interesting.
The first dozen or so Shippuden episodes were interesting, but now it is all boring for me.

i miss the mystery aspect... all the tobi theorists... sixth coffin theorys... when all the akatsuki were alive... now the story was made super complex... too many random questions that aren't interesting... like the SO6P and Hashirama were made out to be far more OP than i expected.... I'm still reading naruto until the very end

I dont think there is better or worse its just different now with the power levels and plot, The only thing thats really disappointing is the war.

Are you serious? There are plenty more mysteries to be solved:

What is the history of Uzumaki's and Hyuuga's true linneage?
Is the Byakugan related to Sharigan and therefore Rinnegan?
What is Madara's Trump card?
Is the Sage going to be revived or is there just going to be a second Sage?
The ENTIRE point of this manga is leading to Naruto becoming Hokage. This leads to the biggest mystery yet: Will he become Hokage when the war is over (like his father who was also a Hokage with another).

There is so much to be revealed from this point on and your focused on the past.

I like Shippuden better. Part 1 had Chunin Exams, Sound 4, Kimimaro, Zabuza, Haky, and Sanin dreadlock, which were all top, but Shippuden is longer and introduced more sides of characters/characters I like.

I'm enjoying the ride.
