Begin by channeling your katon chakra into your feet and charge it. Then start running briefly towards this dummy and perform a triple front flip while releasing some of the charged flames. On the third flip you release all the built up flames from your feet thus releasing a large fire ball at the dummy.

I build up katon chakra into my feet . I run towards the clone and jump off my feet into the air. While airborn i preform a triple flip while aiming my feet towards the clone, where i then release a large fireball from my feet. Burning the clone.
