I finish water bending with Heister

More description needed for the performance of the jutsu. Explain in more detail.

As for the battle use, I would most likely use it if I am attacking them with a jutsu that would happen below them, like the bed of spikes. Because if they are able to defend from the bed of spikes this is a nice quick jutsu which can attack them from the front before they could defend.

Descripton: A large sphere of rotating water that is spit out of the users mouth that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked.

Focus your suiton chakra into the back of your throat and create a rotating ball of water, then spit the ball out and hit my clone leaving him and the area around him soaked.

Ok, sorry for the hold up I've been in some rl issues.

I begin to focus on my water chakra in the back of my throat and concentrate on it and try to create a ball of water which rotates. At first I don't get it right. But then I begin again this time I first begin to think about water and try to set my mind straight on water. I then begin to focus chakra through my body then I channel it to my throat and use my water nature affinity to unite it with my chakra spewing out from my mouth the chakra in a rotating water ball form which I direct at sempai's clone dispersing him and leaveing the area around him soaked.

Adv: Its a quick accurate jutsu which allows to distract the enemy for another more powerfull attack.
Dis: The opponent can just move out the firing range of the ball or block with and earth jutsu.
Battle Usage: Since when the ball hits leaves an area soaked. The user of this jutsu could use that water around the opponent to his advantage by using a lightning jutsu which would travel through the water around that area hitting or paralyzing the enemy.

Good eye on using it in combination with a lightning attack, that works well.
