Ironic isn't it? Kisame was from the Mist and Kakashi is from Konoha. Both villages were after each others information.

Once again kakashi chose the mission over his comrade even after everything that's happening with obito.

But tbh I don't blame kakashi in this situation he is no where near strong enough to deal with all those hidden mist anbu even with obito's sharingan.

Kakashi also gave up his own life but I don't think he was planning on unlock on MS and collapsing

they said "get the corpse"! they obviously wanted to get any information from her dead body, as their mission failed when Kakashi killed her.
