This is what I found. I probably saw a different translation. Point still remains that she's a Gentle Fist master and thus there's no reason to believe she's not capable of using Rotation, which is part of the fighting style she mastered.

Stop grasping for straws and rewriting facts, never has Tsunades fighting abilities have never been separated from her strength as a shibobi when being discussed or described in the manga. The only legit argument you have is Sakura not having Tsunades feats or similar feats in actual healing or medical ninjutsu but even that doesn't descredit the facts.

Sakura completely surpassed Tsunade based on hype thats factual but her healing prowess doesn't have the sufficient feats to make it up. Kishi should've given her feats to back up his facts of Sakura succeeding Tsunade but those feats being absent doesn't change the facts

Strongest Medical Ninja = The most powerful medical Ninja in combat.

Nothing after 700 implied that Sakura surpassed Tsunade in the medical field. Hell Tsunade created a Zetsu Arm for Naruto with Hashirama's cell. And his new arm withstands the force of CES while Obito's always got destroyed.

Tsunade totally outclasses Sakura as a medic.
