I finally got around to watching The Last: Naruto the Movie

Why was Sasuke advertised in all the promotional material but only in the movie for like 1 minute? He didn't even fight Toneri.

Some thoughts;

Wasn't that bad, I enjoyed it.

The Naruto/Hinata focus wasn't actually that cringey imo (until the end), and it tugged my heart strings.

Naruto's fights were hit or miss, nothing overly impressed me

Toneri is a creepy dickwad

Is it canon?

I thought the Moon was the Chibaku Tensei used on Kaguya. Uh

Twin Lion Fists made a brief appearance which was dope

Overall 7/10 a little above average and actually kind of heart warming to see Naruto and Hinata pay off.

I don't understand the decision to leave him out of the plot. It would have made the story better since he is the other half of the Otosuki Branch. Would have been dope to see Naruto and him fight together, too.

Why are people surprised that they advertised the movie with Sasuke ? As i said before, anything with Sasuke as the main lead sells, except they lied to people with this false advertisement placing Sasuke as one of the supporting characters.

Movie would've done better without Sasuke honestly.

Yes it's canon, though because of that, there are tons of people salty about it. The delusion is so bad, that there are some who claim it to be filler.

Should've split the movie into two separate parts imo. Had more potential and felt a bit too short.

Naruto wrecked only using KCM + SM.

All in all, awesome movie.
