He is my second favorite character behind lord tobirama and he was just been wasted. He was the strongest of their generation at the start of shippuden and Kishi has given no powerups at all. Everybody else in that generation has had powerups except for him

Do you remember when Sai got attacked by the 10 tails? He should've died there IMO, he's awesome and I love Sai (used to be my favourite) but he's baggage at this point and could've easily been killed off.

Sai is the coolest member of Team Kakashi, whatever anyone says ;o
