When Hashirama and Tobirama were resurrected in part one Edo Tensei was not perfected and that was shown when neither Hashi nor Tobi were able to keep their emotions and feelings intact.

Tobiram will free himself along with the other Hokage, they won't be taked by fools for a second time.
