I Fear The Naruto Series Ending!

I've heard that Naruto might end early 2014, mid-2014, or end-2014. This is very uncomfortable for me to witness as to many of you. I agree with people who are saying that Naruto needs to end for the lackluster of chapters this year. However, i don't agree with people saying that it should end in a few months. Naruto should end at least at the end of 2014 or beginning of 2015. The reason being that we still have some unresolved parts that could effect the manga series as a whole.

Kishimoto saying were on the "Final Phase" concerns me because i don't understand if that's an indication that the war is almost over. I remember around the time when Chapter 578 appeared last year that Sasuke & Itachi vs Kabuto, 5 Kages vs Madara, and Naruto & co. vs Obito was the three fights that would save the world. At that time, Chapter 578 indicated that the war was nearing it's end. You know by now it's been 77 chapters since that chapter being released. What i'm getting at here is that Kishimoto can't just end this with a bad taste in our mouth.

I'm curious to know if the manga chapters will have 40-50 pages, because it's just impossible to see Kishimoto finish this story in a few chapters. Others have been saying that Chapter 666 will be the final Naruto chapter because the numbers represents the Nine-tails. I just don't know how the manga is suppose to finish in 10 chapters. Kishimoto's work would seem rushed. Anyone who knows Kishimoto also knows that in 2012 it was said at a later point that the manga needed an extension to finish the series. I hope that Kishimoto just makes a good decision for the sake of all the loyal manga readers.

How many chapters do you think that Naruto should have left? I say that the manga should run a total of 700 chapters!

It will certaintly be ending sooner rather than later. There is hardly any more material to cover now it's just flashbacks and random plot twists that are serving as the crutches for the series. I'd say spring-early summer of 2014 is when the series comes to a close.

I agree with the content of the flashbacks and plot twists are random and that shows the manga ending its course. However, i just hope that everything is finished perfectly and not in a way that will run the prestigious series we once had in the past.

I love this idea. You're not the only who has come with this idea alone. I've seen other ideas that are similar to yours.

Okay, for pure nostalgia reasons I'd hate for this series to end. I've been with it since the start and I'll definitely miss reading/watching it. However, it does need to end and it will end most likely in March or April 2014. There isn't that much that needs to be covered if you really look at it, only if you nit-pick at things is when you see some holes. Naruto vs Sasuke most likely won't happen as far as cannon goes. I feel they are beyond that point of their relationship thing they have. (I rather hope so anyway).
