I wanted Sasuke to destroy Konoha using this form of power but now the Jubi steal my view of sasuke possible destruction.Kishimoto made him good after itachi and Hashirama encounter.I wonder if Sasuke would used this level of disaster on the leaf village

It's a shame we'll never see just how badly Sasuke would have destroyed Konoha, but I doubt it would have been anything on the level of Shinra Tensei or the Jubi.

He'd probably have just tore through the village using Susano'o, but it wouldn't be that impressive or destructive. xD
His most powerful technique is probably Kirin in terms of destructive power, but he can't use that multiple times and it's radius is too small to cover the entire village.

Sasuke's Kirin can only level a single mountain at best, if you closely at the bottom panel of the page you posted you can see the Juubi's attacked destroyed several mountains easily.

Also Sasuke's Kirin requires prep, the Juubi's attack did not.

EMS doesn't increase ninjutsu power at all; there was nothing that ever confirmed it. EMS only takes away blindness, grants him Susanoo, Amaterasu/Blaze Release, and Tsukuyomi.

Are you sure you've read the manga properly?
Because I could've sworn the Kyuubi mentioning that the Juubi was storing up chakra in preparation for it's attack (Tenpenchii).
