.....I only got to episode eight before I dropped the series U_U

Animation wise, I thought the series looked standard, nothing surprising but still a good style. The fanservice was annoying but expected. My problem with it is that it is way too predictable even for shonen. I really don't like series that are too predictable in what their plot will lead to and what their characters might do. Even other popular shonen, Naruto, One Piece, AOT, even Bleach add twists and turns to their storylines which make them interesting, Fairy Tail, not so much.

Just the GMG arc that is bad, read the manga, Tartaros arc is the best one by far, it's better than 4th Shinobi War arc

But I do read the manga. I still liked the t-something island arc the best. Maybe only because of archanolgia's appearance. The GMG arc was lackluster in general imo, so I can't see the anime saving it or giving it any redeeming qualities.

GMG arc is now over in anime.I think from Next episode it is Dragon's appearance arc

A lot of people are saying it's just repetitive. They find a new enemy, the loose, they talk about friendship and that BS, they get a power-up. They win.

Ft fights are not animated well, at least Naruto animates important fights properly. Have yet to come across an FT episode with 1 episode of smooth animation like the ones in the spoiler.

Yea but it was disappointing also. I lump it with GMG arc, since it basically takes place in the same area.
