I was reading this manga.
And basically, the guy and girl use to be childhood friends, and he needed to wear glasses, and the girl would always take them off saying "I like you better with them off." Then she would kiss his cheek or something.
And here, I don't understand what he means by "That's why I wear my glasses." But he wasn't able to wear glasses in that scene because they got broke.
