not able to Unlock Madara's Eien No mangekyo sharingan ??

They got his eye's but it was always in rinnegan form.

Nagato is understandable due to him being a Uzumaki..

But obito should be able to switch back to Eien no mangekyo sharingan
and use izanagi to escape dead if he really wanted, which is also a way to
hold madara back.​

and I guess that if u did not awaken the Sharingan and someone transplant them you with the rinnegan then...its almost Like giving the present-time power of being...and I guess I don't really prove a point but I think a power cannot have 2 anymore if you transplant the eyes....im just saying

I guess you have to awaken both and by yourself if you transplant the sharingan you get the sharingan....if you transplant when they evolve to the rinnegan you get the rinnegan

Just like how one can't switch from EMS to MS , one can't switch from rinnegan to EMS.

If you would have noticed, when edo madara showed his rinnegan, after that he was never seen to switch back to EMS.
He could still use his EMS abilities though.

When sasuke got EMS, he cannot switch back to MS.

There was a manga mistake which you are talking about. It was fixed when volume was released.
