When did Kakashi do anything to a island and how does one compare his jutsu to an island? I think it was on VSBattles they labelled Kamui shuriken country level.

Like WTF do they not pay attention to the manga or use facts.

Yeah but what about raikiri or chidori attacks like these have no place for such terms since they are small concentrated attacks

It basically just gives an idea of their destructive capabilities to help in power-scaling. Like EMS Madara is a casual mountain buster with PS, BM Naruto with Biju Dama, etc. Granted, I can understand your complaint with Rakiri and Rasengan.
