Toka was a genjutsu specialist.
Tsunade is a taijutsu and healing specialist.

Actually, there has only been one (that we know of) REAL ORIGINAL Mokuton user, I don't like Tsunade very much but in reality Hashirama is the real freak of nature... why does he only get it? Everyone that has it stole it/had it implanted from him.
