ok why was naruto standing,an suddenly in the back ground someone with rinnegan was standing behind naruto.? I dont get it, also how did naruto get all thoes tail bests?

the spirits of those tailed beasts decided to join him and gave him something like a part of their power.and about the rinnegan i think the juubi was seeing the sage of six paths inside naruto,maybe the juubi was reminiscing his fight with the sage or he felt the sage`s energy inside naruto XD
